"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

You could start by adding more information about yourself to your profile, by going to edit profile. I have noticed you have started uploading art, which is great. Maybe upload a picture that could be your deviantID, which goes bellow your profile information. You can also start a journal or such things. Or simply start browsing other peoples art, making friends ing things and having them appear on your page
